Interviewer:
Nyemi Slight, it’s good to have you here. We’ve been keeping up with you and other Hank’s Review employees. You stood out at the top of the list, and we just wanted to get to know you better. We know that you’ve worked with Interscope, Sony, Warner Brothers, and even the likes of Kehlani, Nia Long, and even Trick Daddy. Any big projects you have coming up?
Nyemi:
I do have some big projects coming up, but I cannot name them until after the contracts have been reviewed. We have a lot of Florida natives and legends we’re working with.
Interviewer:
What’s typical workday like for you? And how do you unwind?
Nyemi:
Inquiries from managers and a gets come through daily, and we jump on what we have time to. we’re a small but mighty business. The Hanks’ really take care of us there. When I get some me-time, I love wine or a hibiscus tea, never met a spa day I didn’t like, and just peace and quiet.
Interviewer:
That sounds like a true vibe! So, have you ever had to do a contract with someone rich and or famous, and it turned into… more? Give me some juicy details, girl.
Nyemi:
What? No [laughs]. Dating clients is so tacky. I just do the job, I might fan girl over some, but I keep my boundaries. Besides, we know how messy the rich and famous can be.
Interviewer:
Okay, I get it, girl. So, do you typically go for regular guys? Is online dating your style or you prefer to organically meet in say, a bar?
Nyemi:
I don’t mind either honestly, just as long as you’re here for the right reasons, and you actually like chubby girls. I tend to give people a chance online, but I’m more likely to give you a chance if I see you in person and you see me, so we know what we’re getting. You can be anybody online.
Interviewer:
You’re beautiful, you dress great, you get to the bag… I’m sure tons of men are throwing themselves at you. Are matching PJs in the books this Christmas?
Nyemi:
You just had to go there, huh? [shakes head laughing].
Interviewer:
Girl, we need to know. [laughs]. I know there’s someone special in your life.
Nyemi:
Actually, there’s not. Matching PJs are not on the table, but either way, I’m going to enjoy Christmas. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Interviewer:
I know that’s right! I’m still going to be rooting for you to bag one of those rich men who contract with y’all. It’s Christmas time! People better get with the winter program!

Interviewer:
Kurlee Beitler, the only child of musical genius and Navy veteran, Kurtis Beitler, and retired arts dealer, Venus Hoyt-Beitler. How does it feel having parents who are so successful and living in their legacy?
Kurlee:
I love everything about that for my parents. They put in a lot of work coming up, and they made sure to provide the best life for me. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me. As for legacy, I’m my own legacy. My parents created and lived theirs, and I’m happily a part of their lineage.
Interviewer:
That’s a very nice way to put that. So, when or if you have children, you’ll let them create their own legacy?
Kurlee:
Absolutely. What I do might not interest my future kids. But if it does, I’ll support them either way it goes.
Interviewer:
I respect that, Kraft. That’s truly a lesson for parents. Other than your family having a history with the things you work on, what motivated you to choose your current career path?
Kurlee:
Shit—I can say shit in here?
Interviewer:
Yeah [laughs]. As long as you are comfortable with it being published that way.
Kurlee:
Well, shit. Life motivates me. My family, of course, put me in a position to love the things I love, but interacting with others in life just motivates that. Having traveled all around the world, you kind of just run into motivation without even thinking about it.
Interviewer:
How do you handle the stress and pressure of being a Beitler?
Kurlee:
Shiiit, how does any man handle stress? [laughs] I just do what I can do to relieve the pressure, whether that’s throwing myself into work or into other…things. [smirks].
Interviewer:
Hey, I’m sure that means different things to different people, so I’m not mad at it. Using what I think that means leads to my next question. Is Kurlee Beitler, single and looking or is there a special someone?
Kurlee:
I haven’t met her yet, but I like to think Iknow who she is. I’m a busy man though, so staying single is always the best option. I’m committed to my craft. Feel me?
Interviewer:
I get it, I do. But just for the record, and for the ladies out there listening to this interview; what is your type?
Kurlee:
I bench press 300 and it’s getting cold outside. Do with that information what you will.
