FAQs
What is the turn-around time?
When you complete a purchase, you will receive a confirmation that your résumé has been reviewed. There is a 3-day turnaround from the day that you make a purchase. I will communicate if I have limited availability, and at maximum, the turnaround will be within 5 days.
What if I forgot to add something?
You have 48 hours to have updates made after you've received what you thought was your final copy.
Can I use the same résumé with every job?
Sure, you could, but you shouldn't. You should tailor your résumé to match each job you're applying to. If you're applying to an office job and your résumé is full of warehousing roles, that won't be beneficial to you. Same with your cover letter, and of course, your thank you letter should address your interviewers directly.
How will I communicate with you while you're working on my résumé?
I will email you back and forth. Once you book through my site, I receive a confirmation in my email with your email.
